About the Role
- As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting independence and dignity for our residents.
- With a focus on clinical excellence, you will be responsible for administering medications, managing wound care, and implementing infection prevention and control procedures.
- You will also contribute to the development of our care home's clinical policies and procedures, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of care.
