Job Summary:
Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their team in a leading environmental consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a BOHS P402 or equivalent qualification and experience working on commercial and industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on sites in the Central Belt
- Developing relationships with clients while on site
- Understanding and adhering to health and safety and asbestos legislations
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license
- BOHS P402 or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and reading/writing skills
- Previous experience as an asbestos surveyor
