Culinary Artist

We are seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in creating delicious and nutritious meals for our residents, working closely with our Head Chef and Senior Chefs to develop innovative menus and culinary experiences.

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals for residents, ensuring high-quality dishes are served in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and culinary concepts that meet the needs and preferences of our residents.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Senior Chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of culinary training programs for the kitchen team.
• Participate in menu planning and food ordering to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
