Your Role as a Support Worker
- Collaborate with nursing staff to provide high-quality individualized care to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Contribute to a supportive team environment, assisting patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients based on open communication and mutual respect.
