We are seeking three dedicated Project Leads to oversee critical services within our organization. These roles are integral to managing our initiatives and ensuring positive outcomes for our clients.
Work Schedule:
37 hours per week for one position and 30 hours for two positions, with a permanent contract. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required based on service demands.
Service Areas:
- Cuthbert Bank: A longstanding service dedicated to providing homes and support to families facing homelessness, focusing on skill development such as tenancy readiness and financial management.
- LiveWell in the Community: This service offers quality housing with support for individuals dealing with mental health challenges, promoting independence through a strength-based approach.
- Housing First Rotherham & Doncaster: A flagship service that delivers comprehensive support to individuals experiencing multiple disadvantages, utilizing an evidence-based model to enhance housing stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a dynamic team, ensuring the delivery of customer-centered services.
- Manage performance and support staff development to achieve their full potential.
- Oversee housing management aspects, including maintenance, vacancy management, and financial oversight.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and legislative requirements.
- Maintain accurate performance data and collaborate with the Quality & Impact Manager to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Promote services and manage referrals effectively.
- Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate service coverage.
Candidate Profile:
