About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team at The London Women's Clinic Ltd. as a Fertility Nurse Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care needs of individual patients undergoing fertility treatments.
  • Perform ultrasound scanning of all fertility patients, including diagnostic scans and administration of drugs relevant to patient's treatment.
  • Interpret and integrate information and results to determine appropriate procedures needed.
  • Collaborate with consultants in managing patient's treatment cycles and accepting new patients into the IVF programmes.
  • Provide necessary information to patients prior to treatment and through ongoing care to aid informed consent.
  • Maintain and review patients records, charts, and other pertinent information and manage clinical caseloads.
  • Contribute to the continuing development of professional nursing practice with the unit, embracing growth through new ideas and change for the benefit of patient care.
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams implementing the strategic objectives as directed by the Director of Clinical Services.
Requirements
  • Registered Fertility Nurse with a good understanding of IVF/ICSI treatments and protocols.
  • Ability to work to department targets and build relationships with patients.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year.
  • 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday.
