About the Role

We are seeking experienced Land Development Consultants to join our client's busy land development business in Nottingham, Birmingham, and Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering multidisciplinary works across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage land development projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in land development and civil engineering
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
