Assembly Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Manager to join our team at MTrec Ltd Technical. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the assembly areas and driving production targets and performance levels.
Key Responsibilities- Provide effective daily leadership to the assembly team, ensuring production targets and performance levels are met.
- Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance and improve efficiency.
- Mentor and develop direct reports, delivering on company objectives and promoting continuous improvement.
- Ensure all assembly team members are adequately trained to undertake their duties.
- Communicate goals, objectives, and plans for production on a daily and weekly basis to the assembly team.
- Promote continuous improvement activities in own areas of responsibility and support initiatives throughout the business.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience within an assembly and logistics environment and knowledge of warehouse solutions design. You will also possess excellent influencing and numeracy skills, with the ability to work under pressure and communicate efficiently.
