3D Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Topographical Surveyor to join our team at Aligra Personnel Ltd. As a 3D Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting topographical surveys, measured building surveys, verified views, and monitoring projects.

1. Conduct land and open area surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information.
2. Collaborate with the Lead Surveyor and Surveying Team to propose the most suitable technology and efficient methods to deliver projects to specification and within the agreed timeline.
3. Perform all surveying and technical aspects of a project in compliance with Company standards, including quality and health and safety regulations.
4. Take ownership of assigned project elements, including logistics, and support other phases of the project to ensure overall success.
5. Use surveying instruments and equipment to measure distances, angles, and elevations.
6. Prepare and maintain accurate field notes, records, and sketches.
7. Analyse survey data and create maps, plats, and reports.
8. Ensure compliance with surveying standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
9. Deliver projects to the Lead Surveyor in the desired quality and client-ready format.
10. Manage project data following company protocols from collection to final delivery.
11. Maintain flexibility in working hours and location, including occasional night work and travel away from home.
12. Full UK manual driving license (for use of a company car to assignments).
13. Willingness to be flexible on work location and working hours.

Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:30pm - Flexible depending on location working.

A salary of £30,000 to £40,000 (depending on experience).
