Unity Personnel is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at a prestigious Manufacturing client based in the LS12 area. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including the safe and efficient movement of stock.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Competently operate forklift trucks to transport stock around the warehouse
  • Load and unload lorries in a safe and efficient manner
  • Participate in order picking and stock management activities
  • Support other departments by moving stock from the warehouse
  • Complete paperwork and perform stock counting tasks
  • Participate in wrapping and strapping activities
  • Perform general warehouse duties as required

**Person Profile:**

  • Must have a valid in-date driving license
  • Good communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment

**Working Hours:**

  • 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday (fixed shift)
  • 8am-6pm, Tuesday to Friday (fixed shift)

**Salary:** £13.00 per hour

**Job Type:** Temporary to permanent position for the right candidate
