Primary Responsibilities:- Comply with industry regulations, including HTM01-05 and GDC standards.
- Offer excellent chairside assistance to the clinical staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and patients.
- Effectively manage and monitor inventory levels.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
- Assist in managing patient records and coordinating lab work.
- Engage actively in practice meetings and contribute positively.
- Possess IT skills and be adept in word processing and computer systems.
- Must hold active GDC registration and have Hepatitis B immunity.
