We are working with an outstanding secondary school in Bromley, South London, to find a confident and motivated Cover Supervisor to join their team on a long-term basis.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will support teachers and provide cover for classes in their absence. This will involve supervising pupils to carry out pre-prepared exercises and ensuring good behaviour and classroom management.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively exercise good behaviour and classroom management skills
- Support pupils in their learning, delivering engaging and exciting lesson cover
- Inspire students to realise their full potential
