As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing vacancies, and coordinating onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities include:

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
* Managing the recruitment process, including liaising with recruiters and arranging interviews
* Coordinating onboarding processes, including preparing payroll data and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
* Maintaining data integrity within our Salesforce system
* Producing monthly HR KPI data
* Coordinating probationary review processes
* Preparing status change memos following system updates

Requirements:

* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Microsoft Excel skills to a good standard
* Prior HR system experience and knowledge is desirable
* Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality
