Job Title: Process Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Process Technologist to join our team at Vanta Staffing Limited. As a Process Technologist, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing processes for new products manufactured by our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and design processes for new products
  • Create product manuals and visual records of all processes and machines used
  • Arrange product reviews with sales, technical, and senior management to ensure products meet specifications
  • Create product passports and contribute to product launches
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed and work to departmental SOPs
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the factory and work to the company's high standards
  • Work to health and safety policies
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's experience as a Process Technologist with a focus on New Product Development
  • Proven people management skills
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and motivational
  • Experience of managing demand, workflow, and supply
  • Reliable and conscientious
  • Courteous, polite, and professional
