We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Paralegal to join our team in Stafford. As a Commercial Paralegal, you will assist in the preparation and management of commercial litigation cases, working closely with our experienced lawyers to provide exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of commercial litigation cases, including document review, research, and drafting.
  • Work closely with lawyers to provide support and assistance in the preparation of court documents and other materials.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of commercial litigation strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the litigation team, including maintaining case files and databases.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders to provide exceptional client service.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a Commercial Paralegal or in a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial litigation and the law.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
