We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Operose Health. As a Prescribing Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in delivering safe and effective patient care.
Main Responsibilities- Prescribe medications and provide online and telephone clinical triage services.
- Manage minor illnesses and provide long-term condition advice.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-professional team to drive innovation and improve patient satisfaction.
- Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Independent prescribing qualification.
- Ability to apply effective clinical judgment in prioritization and decision-making.
- Previous general practice experience is desirable.

What We Offer- Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
