About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accommodation and Support Worker to join our team at YMCA Brunel Group (Mendip). As a key member of our support team, you will be working with young people aged 16+ to equip them with the skills to live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive housing support to young people to identify, secure, and set up accommodation to achieve independent living.
  • Support young people to progress through the housing pathway to improve their quality of life and independence.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure a holistic approach to supporting young people.

Location and Hours

This role is based in Yeovil and will require working on a rolling rotas system, which includes evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.

Contract Type and Rate of Pay

This is a permanent role with a rate of pay of £12.97 per hour.
