Job Summary:

Think Recruitment is seeking an experienced Trade Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations on a commercial property. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring that work is conducted safely and efficiently, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and allocate work to the maintenance team and facilities assistants
  • Deputise for the maintenance manager during absence or holiday
  • Obtain quotations and call external contractors for second-line repairs as needed
  • Manage the control and conduct of external contractors on site
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels of parts and equipment
  • Manage the maintenance ticketing system, ensuring all requests are completed, prioritised, and communicated to team members

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds or NVQ in a relevant trade
  • 5 years minimum trade experience
  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • SSSTS
  • Full UK driving licence
  • The ability to pass a DBS test

Working Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

Salary: £32,000 per annum
