Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Optometrist to join our team at SpaMedica. As an Optometrist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional eye care services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-operative assessments on patients undergoing cataract surgery and Laser YAG capsulotomy.
  • Obtain informed consent from patients in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Participate in the hospital's on-call and weekend rota, ensuring seamless coverage and patient care.
  • Ensure the clinical area is prepared, equipment is checked, and restored to order at the end of each clinic.
  • Collaborate with the diagnostic team to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Undertake basic life support training to ensure patient safety.
