Job Title: Delivery Driver (Multi-Drop)

Location: Maidstone

Contract Type: Full-time

Work Pattern: 9 hour shifts, up to 6 shifts per week

Salary: £156.70 - £175.70 per day plus mileage

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities:

  • Load pre-sorted packages onto your van by stepping in and out of the vehicle safely
  • Deliver a set number of packages to customers
  • Adhere to all safety regulations on the road
  • Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records
  • Greet and interact with customers and the public with a professional and positive attitude

Requirements:

  • Delivery drivers spend their days out on the road, so a passion for driving is a must
  • You will be a highly motivated individual, able to thrive in a constantly changing environment and be willing to adapt to any situation that arises
  • Independent problem solver with good communication skills, both spoken and written English
  • The ability and willingness to be able to use stairs to deliver packages
  • Ability to lift and shift packages of varying weights
  • Commercial (or work-related) driving experience is a plus but not essential
  • Full and valid UK or EU Driving Licence (max 6 points, NO active IN, DR or TT codes), held for a minimum of 1 year
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must pass a 5 point drug & alcohol test
  • Must be aged 21+ (if you plan to rent a van from us), or 18+ if you plan to use your own vehicle
