HSQE Advisor - South Region

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and quality of our operations in the South Region. With a strong focus on risk management, you will support the local management team in maintaining high standards of safety and quality across our depots in Bristol, Crawley, Southampton, and Leicester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical advice and support to operational teams to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain positive relationships and ensure effective communication.
  • Support the development and implementation of quality management systems to ensure consistency and excellence in our services.
Requirements:
  • Relevant professional qualification in Health and Safety (Level 3 or higher).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results and improving safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and travel.
