Job Summary:

Sellick Partnership is currently assisting a social housing organisation in the recruitment of a Multiskilled Joiner for an ongoing temporary position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing all aspects of Joinery works on social housing properties, including carpentry, finishing, and installation tasks.
• Assisting in the maintenance and repair of social housing properties, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and quality.
• Working collaboratively with other tradespeople and stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Joinery and carpentry, with a strong understanding of social housing property maintenance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid qualifications and certifications in Joinery and carpentry, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
