We are seeking a skilled Financial Analysis and Planning Manager to join our team at Dunelm. As a key member of our FP&A and IR team, you will play a critical role in helping us understand and communicate our business performance to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the monthly flash process to ensure accurate and timely financial performance reporting.
  • Lead the month-end process, including reviews and analysis of financial data to identify key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of FP&A contributions to the monthly Performance Exec report.
  • Lead the production of the monthly Management Accounts pack, ensuring clear and concise communication of financial performance.
  • Manage the monthly outturn process, identifying and communicating key risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate the budget and forecast processes, providing clear guidance and support to the Finance team.
  • Challenge and review forecast assumptions to ensure alignment with business risks and opportunities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear and concise insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial performance and analysis.
