Electrical Project Delivery Supervisor Job Description

A leading SCADA/HMI/PLC Systems Integrator is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Delivery Supervisor to join their team in the London office. With a strong focus on delivering complex control systems for process control, automation, and telemetry, this role will play a crucial part in the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of electrical installation projects to meet client expectations.
  • Assign tasks and provide supervision, mentoring, guidance, and support to the installation team.
  • Develop and implement standard work practices to ensure electrical installations are carried out in accordance with industry and client-specific specifications.
  • Plan and efficiently purchase installation materials, reducing waste and improving procurement processes.
  • Design, develop, install, and maintain electrical control systems and components to specification.
  • Identify sales opportunities and provide technical support to sales staff for electrical installation, maintenance, and support work packages.
  • Author and configure system design documentation, network architecture drawings, electrical drawings, and general arrangements.
  • Manage and complete site surveys.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years practical experience in electrical installation or a related field.
  • Electrical qualifications such as C&G, BTEC, NVQ3, ONC, or HNC/HND, 18th edition required.
  • Previous experience in a service & support, electrical installation, or maintenance role.
  • Electrical design skills, including E Plan, AutoCad, or equivalent.
  • Control panel design, manufacture, or electrical installation skills.
  • Experience of equipment installation and commissioning.
  • City & Guilds inspection and testing certificate an advantage.
  • Clean UK driving licence.
  • Eligible to work full-time in the UK.
