We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operative to join our team at Talent Finder Jobs. As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electrical and electronic sub-assemblies for the Industrial Vehicle market.

• Assemble and test electrical and electronic sub-assemblies according to drawings and instructions
• Operate a variety of hand tools and machinery, including cutting, stripping, and crimping machines
• Undertake manual handling duties to assemble devices and looms
• Use soldering skills to connect cables to PCBs and rework PCBs as needed
• Operate a plastic moulding machine and ensure high-quality standards are met
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets
• Participate in quality control and improvement initiatives

• Previous experience in a factory or assembly environment, with electrical assembly and soldering skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fast learner with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to operate a variety of machinery and hand tools
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
