Job Title: HR Policy Adviser

We are working with a Housing Association based in Exeter, who are recruiting for a HR Advisor on a three month temporary contract. The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering high quality HR advice and guidance, and be used to managing high volume ER casework cases at any one time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serving as a point of contact for general HR enquiries and provide HR advice in relation to policy, best practices, and processes
  • Supporting the wider HR teams with managing ER casework, including disciplinary, grievance and performance management
  • Experience using Oracle (desirable)
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • 3 days WFH
