TS Grale is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our industrial operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for shaping our manufacturing, assembly, and supply chain systems and processes to ensure we meet our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize all site functions, including production, assembly, and supply chain, to enhance program delivery
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet our company's goals
  • Lead and develop the site management team to ensure accountability and delivery of goals and objectives
  • Deliver SIOP to enhance revenue and profitability performance
  • Develop and enhance robust KPIs to ensure better visibility, accountability, and performance
  • Develop existing and future leadership potential to drive a culture of continuous learning

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience leading and managing industrial operations, including assembly, project engineering, lean manufacturing, and complex component supply chains
  • Demonstrable track record of success as an operations leader in an automotive or industrial manufacturing environment
  • Inspirational leader with experience leading and taking multi-functional teams on an operational improvement journey
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on accountability and performance delivery
  • Educated to a degree level, with a high-level management qualification and Lean Practitioner certification
