The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Vector, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining professional interactions with clients and candidates.
- Developing new business opportunities through various strategies, including cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, social media engagement, and in-person meetings.
- Creating engaging job advertisements and promoting them across our recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Strictly adhering to the company's registration and compliance protocols.
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of client job specifications to ensure effective communication with candidates and clients.
- Utilizing proactive sourcing techniques, including Boolean search methods, to identify candidates from databases.
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Prior recruitment experience, ideally within a technical or engineering field.
- Strong business development skills with a proven history of acquiring new clients.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- High proficiency in IT and excellent organizational skills.
- A valid driving license and access to personal transportation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Base salary ranging from £24,000 to £30,000 based on experience.
- Attractive commission structure with no threshold and a maximum commission rate of 50%.
- Realistic first-year on-target earnings between £45,000 and £60,000.
- 33 days of holiday (including bank holidays).

- Hybrid working options available following the completion of the probationary period.
