Prime Life is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily handover and lead nursing Clients with care staff and nurses
  • Ensure that Care Plans and records are evaluated, up to date, and accurate
  • Complete nursing notes accurately
