Heating and Ventilation Sales Specialist

Join our client, a market-leading manufacturer, as a Specification Sales Manager for Heating and Ventilation. This exciting opportunity will see you working with a range of social housing providers, housing associations, and local authorities to promote and sell their innovative heating and ventilation solutions.
About the Role:- Field sales position selling new and existing manufactured range of heating, ventilation, and renewables
- Specification led field sales position, targeting social housing providers, housing associations, and local authorities
- 85% of time targeting social housing, influencing specifiers at head office level, and 15% winning specifications with regional housebuilders/housing developers
- Working on projects from £50,000 to £500,000 framework agreements, targeting £1.5m of won specifications in year one and £2.5m in year two
- Conduct CPD presentations to key stakeholders and specifiers
- Act as a trusted advisor for sustainability managers and key stakeholders, helping to maximize efficiency of housing stock
- Develop and maintain relationships with social housing providers, housing associations, and local authorities
- Work closely with the field sales team to ensure successful specification and sales of heating and ventilation solutions
- Proven track record of winning social housing specification projects in a field sales role
- Knowledge of social housing frameworks may be advantageous
- Understanding of social housing regulations
- Good technical understanding and drive/high energy
- Ability to target large social housing providers and work effectively in a team environment
