Service Care Solutions is looking for a dedicated and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to become a vital part of our expanding team. In this role, you will be tasked with a range of repair and upkeep responsibilities across various properties.
Your duties will encompass a variety of tasks, from plumbing repairs to interior painting, ensuring that all work is executed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to conduct repairs, upkeep, and refurbishments.
- Engage in maintenance activities in both vacant and occupied properties.
- Perform tasks such as plumbing adjustments, wall painting, and other essential maintenance functions.
- Provide exceptional workmanship with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately on the first attempt.
Essential Requirements:
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
- Demonstrated experience in residential repairs and maintenance.
- Capability to perform work to a consistently high standard.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
Core hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
