We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with students who have special educational needs, providing vital 1:1 and small group support to help them thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support to students
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation to ensure students receive a high-quality education
  • Monitor and record student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure seamless support

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Experience working with SEN students in a Primary School
  • Full-time availability
  • Ability to provide 1:1 and small group SEN support
