We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Music Teacher to take on the role of Head of Music Department at our progressive and dynamic school.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our Music Department and contributing to the overall success of the school.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify areas for improvement within the staff team and provide the necessary training and development to ensure teachers deliver outstanding lessons.

• Lead and manage the Music Department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning
• Develop and implement effective music curricula and programs
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their teaching skills
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated curriculum
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of music programs and make recommendations for improvement
