**Job Summary**
Michael Page (UK) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for leading the team and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee the production of the Management Accounts pack and prepare complex management accounts for presentation to owners.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports and assist with budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
- Financial Accounting: Undertake all aspects of financial accounting, including performance of accounts payable duties and oversight of accounts receivable.
- Financial Systems: Assist with the implementation and maintenance of financial systems, including Xero.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a financial management role, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
- Skills: Excellent Excel skills and experience with financial systems, including Xero.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in finance or a related field.
