Job Title: Groundsworker/labourer

We are seeking a skilled Groundsworker/labourer to join our team at AGM Construction Recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess experience in groundworks and general labouring, with a strong understanding of outdoor maintenance and basic painting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General outdoors labouring, including maintenance and basic painting
  • Working in a team to achieve project goals
  • Ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety

Requirements:

  • Experience in groundworks and general labouring
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Basic painting skills
  • Own transport
  • CSCS card preferred but not necessary
