Job Title: Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team at Intec Select. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and governing the strategic architecture for our organisation's EMEA region and International Securities business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define, implement, and manage processes to govern the organisation's enterprise architecture.
  • Lead the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and collaborate with subject matter experts across the organisation.
  • Work across application, infrastructure (cloud and on-premises), data, and security domains.
  • Develop and maintain architectural assets to support decision-making and regulatory requests.
  • Conduct technical reviews of project designs, business-as-usual (BAU) changes, and other initiatives that impact the technology architecture.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and track the progress of the technology strategy, providing regular status updates.
  • Produce management information (MI) and metrics, driving improvements across the organisation.
  • Monitor and apply industry innovations and trends to the business architecture.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in architectural roles within multi-entity, multi-regional financial services organisations.
  • Expertise in working with senior stakeholders across both business and technology functions.
  • In-depth experience reviewing and challenging cloud-based solutions (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS).
  • Extensive experience conducting design reviews.
  • Hands-on experience with architecture modelling and associated tools (BizzDesign preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of applications, services, and processes within financial services.
  • Experience designing complex technology solutions in regulated environments.
  • Good understanding of software development practices and project delivery lifecycles.
  • Expertise in cloud-based technologies and architecture review processes.

  • Up to £110,000 basic salary
