Compliance Officer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team in Dudley. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our firm's compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high level of integrity in our business practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute to the development and implementation of our compliance policies and procedures;
  2. Provide guidance and support to our business teams on compliance matters;
  3. Prepare and deliver training sessions to promote compliance awareness;
  4. Assist with accreditation processes, including Lexcel, ISO, and CQS;
  5. Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and risk mitigation measures;
  6. Stay up-to-date with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our business;
  7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in Compliance in a Law firm;
  2. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure;
  3. Strong IT skills, including Excel, Visio, and Powerpoint;
  4. Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements applicable to professional services businesses.
