Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing Division, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation campaigns to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies and plans to increase visibility and drive sales across target markets.
- Support the brand and drive sales through online and offline marketing, delivering frequent and timely content creation, social media, video, and other marketing materials.
- Manage and develop the CRM system, including administration duties, GDPR compliance, report generation, lead management, campaign creation and management, and updating structure and workflow.
- Manage and develop the company website, including updating pages with current material and ensuring optimization for SEO.
Requirements
- Experience working in a B2B environment, preferably in an engineering, manufacturing, technical, or industrial setting.
- Experience using a CRM system.
- Managing a website through CMS, with experience in WordPress being advantageous.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Console, and Yoast.
- Experience working within a marketing role for the purpose of lead generation.
- Experience marketing to an international market.
