Bristol Myers Squibb is a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, and we're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain Logistics. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth import and export of clinical supplies, while maintaining compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of trade compliance strategies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to optimize supply chain operations
  • Monitor changes to international trade regulations and customs laws
  • Manage import and export licensing activities and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Develop and deliver training programs for BMS colleagues on trade compliance and regulations
Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in customs and trade operations in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of international trade relations, customs procedures, and import/export processes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
