About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Upper Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join our team at Oakham Shires School. As a specialist teacher, you will work with students who have Autism and associated diagnoses, providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Upper Key Stage 2 students with Autism and associated diagnoses
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans to meet the needs of each student
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
  • Provide support and guidance to students with complex needs
  • Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and policies
