Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Bluebird Care Market Harborough and Oadby. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with care standards.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our customers.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the care team to identify and address any care-related issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Hold a full UK driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be caring, loyal, committed, empathetic, highly reliable, and flexible.
  • Operate with a person-centered approach.
