Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Anderselite LTD. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the delivery of our construction consultancy services, working on industry-leading real estate projects in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies, ensuring compliance with governance and best practice.
  • Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget, driving improvements in forecast accuracy and budgeting.
  • Pro-actively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and accurate applications.
  • Collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives, including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering.
  • Managing contract change effectively, ensuring projects remain within governance and adopt best practice.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, such as construction management or a related field.
  • Hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent, such as RICS or CIOB.
  • Previous experience gained working for another consultancy or within a client-side role, with a strong understanding of construction consultancy services and real estate projects.
