Key Responsibilities:

As a Cost Management Specialist, your role will involve:
  • Ensuring project completion within financial parameters by developing cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs.
  • Conducting feasibility assessments, risk evaluations, and value engineering to enhance project effectiveness.
  • Managing contracts, assessing bids, and resolving contractual conflicts.
  • Collaborating closely with project leaders, engineers, architects, and other key stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Delivering comprehensive financial reports, progress updates, and forecasts to clients and senior management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, with appropriate professional qualifications (e.g., RICS).
  • Demonstrated experience in quantity surveying within the construction sector.
