Job Description

White & Sons, a leading property consultancy with a strong presence in Surrey, is seeking an exceptional Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced lettings environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Matching and Viewings: Utilize your expertise to match available properties with suitable applicants, ensuring seamless viewing experiences.
  • Tenancy Negotiations: Employ your negotiation skills to facilitate successful tenancy applications between landlords and tenants.
  • Market Updates and Feedback: Provide accurate and informative market updates to landlords, ensuring they remain informed and competitive.
  • Property Marketing: Create engaging property descriptions and take high-quality photographs to showcase properties in the best possible light.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Assistant Branch Manager to develop and implement effective market strategies and business growth initiatives.
  • Compliance and Administration: Ensure seamless operations by liaising with administration and property management teams, maintaining compliance with lettings regulations, and managing front-end lettings responsibilities.
