Netceed UK is a leading provider of telecommunications solutions, with a strong presence in the UK market.


We are seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Network Specialist to join our team, with a focus on configuring and operating test networks in a telecommunications environment.

Beyond the lab, you will spend time with network operators, working with them on product integration scenarios and helping to shape the product roadmap.


Key Responsibilities

Maintain our network test environment:

  • Network Configuration and Management
  • Test Systems and Networks
  • Traffic Generators and Test Set-up
  • OLT Simulators and Vendor Solutions
  • Netconf and Yang Models
  • Network Services including Q-in-Q, QoS, IGMP, DHCP
  • Relay Agents, TR069, SNMP, etc.


Work with application servers including:

  • GenieACS and Similar
  • TiBIT MCMS and Software Defined Environments
  • Network Orchestration and Configuration
  • Border Network Gateways


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Ideal experience within broadband operators
  • Hardware vendor experience also relevant


Key Skills:

  • Traffic Generators and Test Set-up
  • OLT Simulators and Vendor Solutions
  • Netconf and Yang Models
  • Network Services including multicast models, DHCP Relay Agents, TR069, SNMP, etc.


We are looking for a candidate with a strong passion for working within a creative team of specialists, with a curiosity for new technologies and a willingness to learn and grow.


This is a primarily remote role, based in the UK, with occasional travel for face-to-face meetings with colleagues and customers.
