Job Description

The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and data centers. This role involves ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems while leading a team of IT professionals and managing infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure systems, including servers, storage solutions, network components, and data centers.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT infrastructure team, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee IT infrastructure projects from inception through completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals align with business objectives and timelines.
  • Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure from internal and external threats.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Monitor system performance and conduct regular assessments to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
    • Develop and oversee the IT infrastructure budget, making cost-effective decisions and managing expenditures.
    • Regularly test and update recovery plans to adapt to changes in the IT environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications preferred).
  • Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud computing.
  • AWS, Azure) is highly desirable.
  • ITIL, Cisco, CompTIA) are advantageous.
