We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our dynamic Residential Property Department. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions, providing expert advice to clients, and working closely with our team to deliver high-quality results.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Conveyancer to take on a new challenge and contribute to the success of our firm. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and shared ownership leases.

• Manage a caseload of residential property transactions
• Provide expert advice to clients on residential property matters
• Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality results
• Conduct thorough searches and due diligence on properties
• Prepare and review contracts and other documents
• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Considerable experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of organization and time management skills
