Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Identifying and sourcing top talent for our clients
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet client needs
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A demonstrable solid billing history, with a minimum of three times your base salary considered the standard
- A background in winning new business and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of between £26,000 and £35,000 (DOE), plus a very beneficial commission scheme. This is an on-site role, so you must be commutable to the office.
