About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Research Nurse to join our Synexus Clinical Research site in Chorley, Lancashire, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for nursing activities related to clinical trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities- Completing clinical competency training assessments and attending research study protocol training
- Performing visits, observations, safety reporting, and interventions with participants
- Carrying out pre-screens efficiently and effectively to optimize patient recruitment
- Encouraging patients to continue within the study and participate in future trials
- Collecting, recording, and entering study data with high accuracy
- Ensuring timely and efficient data queries
- Promoting a welcoming and professional environment for staff and participants
- Participating in multidisciplinary meetings
- Initiating emergency action when required
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll require:
- A qualified Nurse registration with no limitations to practice within the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Adult)
- A passion for the Clinical Research industry
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- A patient-focused attitude
