The Role: HGV Class 1 Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team in Macclesfield. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods across various locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Adhere to all company procedures and customer requirements.
  • Maintain a high standard of health and safety throughout your work.
  • Deliver and collect goods on time and in accordance with schedules.
  • Comply with all relevant traffic regulations and legislation.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and organized at all times.

Requirements:

  • Full LGV C+E (Class 1) licence.
  • Valid Driver Qualification Card/Driver CPC.
  • Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Excellent communication skills.
